The original company presentation refers to the topics below. The certificate holder, validity period, product scope and lot coverage must be checked against the relevant current document. These references should not be read as independent verification of certification.
ISO 9001:2015 — quality management
The presentation covers customer feedback, consistent processes, continual improvement, operational risk management and auditable records. A management-system certificate and a protein or moisture analysis for a product lot are different documents.
OECD seed certification
Variety identity, genetic purity, seed certification and international recognition are considered at product and lot level. Destination-country import requirements and variety acceptance must also be checked.
GLOBALG.A.P. — agricultural practices
Food safety, risk assessment before and after harvest, water and soil management, environmental responsibility and worker welfare are topics in the company presentation. Current certification status and scope require documentary confirmation.
Phytosanitary documentation
Plant-health and quarantine requirements depend on the product and destination. Required documents must match the lot and shipment. A certificate does not by itself guarantee unconditional customs clearance.
Technical analysis and inspection
Protein, moisture, test weight, purity and germination are considered as relevant to intended use. Sampling, accredited laboratory analysis and pre-shipment inspection can be included in the agreed plan.
