Trade information

B2B supply and order planning

The company presentation is directed at corporate buyers, importers, manufacturers and sales partners. Container-based trade is the standard planning reference rather than small retail quantities.

B2B supply and order planning

Quantity, capacity and timing

The stated standard minimum is one container, approximately 20–25 tonnes. The presentation refers to a monthly supply capacity above 5,000 tonnes; current availability must be confirmed. Preparation is targeted at 7–14 days after pro forma and letter-of-credit approval. Port-to-port transport is estimated at 7–45 days depending on destination, route and carrier schedule. These are planning references rather than guaranteed lead times.

Payment and delivery arrangements

A letter of credit is the principal payment method described in the presentation. Confirmed-credit requests depend on bank and country conditions; advance payment may also be discussed. FOB, CFR and CIF quotations are available for discussion. The named place, freight, insurance, costs and responsibilities must be expressly agreed. References to Incoterms 2020 and UCP 600 should be confirmed for the transaction with the relevant advisers and banks. Documentary payment does not automatically remove commercial or transport risk.

1. Contract and financial planning

Agree the specification, quantity, delivery rule, pro forma and payment conditions. Determine the document set and relevant submission deadlines before loading.

2. Inspection and packaging

Relevant parameters may include protein, moisture, test weight, purity or germination, depending on intended use. Independent services such as SGS or Bureau Veritas may be requested, subject to agreement and availability. Align packing and labelling with the goods and destination requirements.

3. Shipment and documents

The transport document or bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection report and required plant-health documents are considered in the shipping plan. Where a credit is used, document presentation, deadlines and transmission channels must match its terms. Courier and tracking information may be shared as part of the document flow.
