Quality
Quality starts with a defined requirement.
A useful quality discussion connects the intended use, the agreed specification and the actual product lot. We consider those elements together rather than treating a variety name or a photograph as a complete description.

Seed and commodity requirements
For seed intended for sowing, variety identity, purity, germination and relevant certification are discussed for the offered lot. For grain and pulses intended for food or feed, the buyer’s processing requirements and agreed analysis parameters guide the enquiry.
Lot information and supporting documents
Ask for lot identification, product origin, packaging and the analyses relevant to your specification. Sample approval, laboratory testing and independent inspection can be discussed before order confirmation.
Traceability from preparation to shipment
Lot records, labels, packing information and shipping documents should describe the same goods. Product information remains meaningful only when it can be matched to the shipment being purchased.
