FAQs
What information should I include in an enquiry?

The product or variety, intended use, approximate quantity, destination, packaging preference and technical or documentary requirements. These details help frame a useful quotation.

Can I order seed and food or feed grain in the same way?

The intended use must be stated clearly. Seed for sowing and commodities for food or feed involve different technical and documentary requirements.

What is the minimum order?

The company presentation uses one container, approximately 20–25 tonnes, as the standard minimum reference. Confirm the current minimum for your product and destination with the team.

How long does preparation and transport take?

Preparation is targeted at 7–14 days after pro forma and credit approval. Port-to-port transport is estimated at 7–45 days depending on route and destination. Actual dates require confirmation for the order.

Are the technical values guaranteed for every lot?

No. Published values are reference targets from the product presentation. Request the current lot analysis and agree the acceptance criteria in writing.

Can you provide certificates or independent inspection?

Discuss the specific documents and inspection you need before order confirmation. Scope, validity, lot coverage, availability and any additional cost must be agreed.

What payment and delivery options can be discussed?

Letter of credit or advance payment, and FOB, CFR or CIF quotations can be discussed for the transaction. The precise responsibilities and documentary conditions require written agreement.

How can I apply as a representative?

Introduce your company, country, relevant experience and proposed customer network through the contact form. Territory, commission and any exclusivity are subject to a separate agreement.
