Export
Supply that is planned as a whole.
An export enquiry is more than a product and a price. Intended use, technical expectations, packing, shipment timing, documents and the delivery destination need to be discussed together.

From the first enquiry to a written quotation
Share the product, approximate quantity, target country and port or delivery point. Include any specification, preferred delivery rule and document requirements. The quotation can then identify what is included and what needs further agreement.
Packaging and document coordination
Bag size, labelling, shipment quantities and transport conditions should be aligned with the destination market. Commercial invoice, packing list, origin documents, transport documents and relevant phytosanitary requirements are considered for the shipment.
Payment and delivery options
FOB, CFR and CIF requests and letter-of-credit or advance-payment options can be discussed. Responsibilities, costs, insurance scope, deadlines and documentary requirements must be set out for the particular transaction.
